A medical facility will offer essential and emergency healthcare services to both residents and the surrounding community. Additionally, sustainable farming initiatives will be implemented to enhance food security, promote sustainability, and support community nutrition.

Cost

The cost of the land is 3,600,000 KSH (1,600,000 per acrea) which comes out to roughly $28,000 USD. This will be a bank transfer and 50% of the price is due upfront.
